Digital Products

The Basic Security Audit Checklist is a digital download. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us at contact@temus-solutions.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.

One-Time Services

For one-time professional services (Infrastructure Performance Optimization, Deep Vulnerability Assessment, Compliance Readiness Package), a full refund is available if requested before work has commenced. Once onboarding has begun or any deliverable has been provided, refunds are not available. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, contact us within 7 days of final delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Monthly Subscription

The Monthly Cloud Maintenance Support subscription can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice sent to contact@temus-solutions.com. You will continue to receive service through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
