Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your Monthly Cloud Maintenance Support subscription at any time by sending a written cancellation request to contact@temus-solutions.com with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive service through the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

One-Time Services

One-time service engagements may be cancelled before work has commenced for a full refund. Once onboarding has begun or any deliverable has been provided, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund.

Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day.
